Typical training programs consist of a theory based presentation in line with pre-agreed expectations and site visits to encompass practical issues with the prescribed use of measuring equipment purchased by the client.

How Does It Work?
In the first instance we will meet and discuss the provision of a bespoke training proposal with prospective clients aimed at determining the desired prerequisites necessary to ensure their expectations are met and align with the their ongoing internal development programs.
All training seminars are linked to CPD accreditation and therefore directly aligned to ongoing personal and business development strategies.
Bespoke Training Sessions
As a consequence of a bespoke training session developed and presented to Liverpool Housing Trust, they undertook their own in-house development program to enhance the capability of their own staff to deal with reported Social Housing defects.
The result was a consistent return on investment that has realised a quantifiable cost saving to the organisation. Following this personal development policy, LHT succeeded in being awarded a Regional Business Award with National Finals due in November 2014.
