Why There’s a Charge for Surveys
Our surveys are thorough technical assessments performed by experienced surveyors using specialist equipment. They take a few hours on site and include a range of detailed inspections and measurements. The time, expertise and tools involved mean we charge a set fee, starting from £700, rather than offering free visits.
