We were asked to examine a reported damp ingress issue in a client’s well-decorated lounge walls. This particular problem had already been investigated the previous year, before our attendance, with structural works having been undertaken. This included floor uplift, forced drying, excavated drainage run to the exterior and redecoration are undertaken to try to resolve the issue.
