Office based reactive service provided to analyse 3rd party restoration reports and associated charges, utilizing moisture calculations and industry recognised best practice to review:

Suitability and capacity of equipment used
Cross-check evidence to validate charges and restorative time scales

Provide a detailed report highlighting inconsistencies and an independent conclusion.
 
 
 
Moisture Report
Site inspections to provide moisture report of loss affected areas with the aim of validating Drying Certificates supplied by 3rd party drying companies prior to the reinstatement of moisture sensitive materials.

Please note: If concrete slabs are to be surveyed utilizing methods detailed in BS8203:2001, an additional charge may be made depending on the urgency of reporting required. Any requirement would be confirmed in advance of Report being undertaken.

Site inspections to identify possible causes of moisture problems within structures. Process utilises moisture survey and mapping, chemical analyses, thermography etc.
 
 
Loss Report
High net worth, commercial and complicated loss pre-restoration reporting designed to clearly identify and quantify restorative works, including:
Structure type, highlighting restoration relevant features
Confirm reported loss description, identify possible policy cover inconsistencies
Identifying hazardous materials and conditions.
Mapping the extent of the loss
Calculating equipment requirements, considering loss type and material sensitivity
Detail all relevant observations

Full Technical Assessment
Site investigation into a wide range of conditions including moisture problems, mould activity, salts development and fire contamination analyses.

Failure of reinstatement materials post restorative drying, typically, flooring materials culminating in the provision of a detailed report and conclusion, with all investigative methods clearly defined.
 
 
 
 
Project Management
To project manage a contract through to completion, controlling on site activity, interacting with subcontractors programming reinstatement works and reporting to clients as requested etc.

Project management would normally be provided following the submission of a ‘Loss Report or Full Technical Assessment’.
